Reaction vessel Application:

is mainly applicable to the production steps such as hydrolysis,neutralization,crystal,distillation,and storing etc in the industries of medicine(materials workshop,synthesizing workshop),chemical industry,food,light industry and so on.

Structure and Features:

Reactor consists of the reactor body, tank cover, jacket, agitator, transmission, shaft seal device and supporting. According to the structure features, reactor can be divided into open-type reactor of flush cover, open welded flange-type reactor and the closed reactor three categories.

 Advantage and specification:

1.Rapid heating, resistance to corrosion, no environmental pollution and convenient application.

2.Material: a) kettle and cover:SUS 304 or SUS 316; b) jacket: SS304 or carton steel.

3.Electric heating, oil heating, steam heating or firing heating. optional.

4.Equip: kettle, cover, mixing equipment, jacket, bearing, gearing and seal etc.

5.Attemperator optional.

6.Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B original sub-gloss / 2B frosted sub-gloss ; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤0.4μm ).

7.Agitation device: Paddle, Anchor, or spiral agitator (optional).
